Every Chans line follows the same proven sequence - from raw waste wood to a stacked, export-ready presswood pallet.

Raw Material Intake
Waste wood, offcuts, branches and plant fibre are sorted and fed into the line, recovering material that would otherwise go to landfill or be burned.

Chipping & Flaking
Chippers and flakers reduce raw material into uniform wood chips and flakes sized for consistent drying and bonding.
- 03
Drying
Rotary or mesh-belt dryers bring moisture content down to the 8–12% window required for strong, stable adhesive bonding.
- 04
Glue Mixing
Dried material is coated with resin in a continuous glue blender for even distribution and controlled resin consumption.
- 05
Hot-Press Moulding
The glued mat is hot-pressed in a mould under heat and pressure, forming the pallet, block or panel in a single cycle.

Finishing & Stacking
Finished presswood pallets are trimmed, cooled, quality-checked and stacked ready for palletised export shipment.
